-  Presidential decree no. 18 of 2010 establishing a center for cancer treatment in Meit Ghamr in El-Dahklyia governorate to be affiliated to the Ministry of Health office as a dependant branch. The center will enjoy special nature and will include medical care and treatment in all specializations., 21 January 2010

-  Presidential decree no. 19 of 2010 transferring the affiliation of El-Mahla Hepatology Hospital and Ismailia Cancer Hospital to the General Organization for Teaching, Hospitals and Institutes (GOTHI), as well as transferring employees of the mentioned hospitals with their same job descriptions to GOTHI. , 21 January 2010

-  Presidential decree no. 20 of 2010 transforming the one-day surgery clinic in El-Zaton, established in accordance to the presidential decree no.337 of 2000, to El-Zaton Specialized Hospital to be a specialized medical center subjected to provisions determined for these centers. , 21 January 2010

-  Presidential decree no. 9 of 2010 appointing Dr. Mohamed Maged Mohamed Ali Khalil El-Dieb as President of Ain Shams University until reaching the age determined by law for the end of service duration., 07 January 2010

-  Presidential decree no. 3 of 2010 appointing Dr. Ahmed Zaky Moustafa Badr as Minister of Education and Eng. Alaa El-Din Mohamed Fahmy Ahmed Youssef as Minister of Transport., 03 January 2010

-  Presidential decree no. 4 of 2010 appointing Mr. Mohamed Abdel Fadil Shousha as Governor of South Sinai, Mr. Kadry Youssef Mahmoud Abu-Hassan as Governor of Helwan, Mr. Mourad Mohamed Ahmed Mwafy as Governor of North Sinai, Mr. Ahmed Hussien Moustafa Ibrahim as Governor of Matrouh and Dr. Samir Ahmed Seif Mahfouz as Governor of Beni-Suief. , 03 January 2010
