Within the framework of inspecting exams of the general certificate of secondary education GCSE, Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazif held a ministerial meeting today attended by Ministers of Administrative Development, Local Development, and Education. The Minister of Education, Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, reviewed a report in this concern mentioning that exams went well and questions were set to test students' skills and to prepare them for the coming educational phase.
Dr. Zaki added that the exams process did not witness large mistakes, not exceeding 5/1000 compared to mistakes witnessed over the previous years. Regarding the correction process, the minister noted that the result of samples being corrected showed that the success percent came higher than average of the previous years.
The prime minister highlighted the necessity of taking all measures and procedures to ensure the correction process impartiality and efficiency, while giving each student his full right in the correction and review process. Regarding the results announcement, Dr. Nazif confirmed that the time factor will not affect the correction process.
